Ten & Walker exists to give those ideas the right structure.
Our role changes with the work. We may originate a venture, build its first operating model, steward the underlying intellectual property, publish the idea, bring in an external operator, or participate as an investor. The objective is not to force everything into the same company-building template. It is to preserve what is valuable while giving execution to the people and structures best positioned to carry it.

Ten & Walker Press is the publishing imprint of Ten and Walker SL.
It publishes systems-oriented nonfiction and other durable intellectual property where the work should stand independently of the ventures around it. The imprint provides an editorial home, rights structure, and distribution layer for ideas designed to remain useful beyond a launch cycle.

Principles
Founder & Principal
Oscar Trelles is a Peruvian-American entrepreneur, systems thinker, and author of The Human OS Manual. Over more than two decades, his work has spanned advertising, strategy, market research, technology, cybersecurity, startups, and commercial leadership across the United States and Europe.
At Ten & Walker, he works across venture architecture, category design, intellectual property stewardship, publishing, and selective investment. The common thread is systems design: understanding how incentives, environments, narratives, and operating conditions shape what people and organizations can build, sustain, and become over time.
Selected Work
Ten & Walker’s role varies across the portfolio: owner, studio, investor, publisher, or IP steward. The structure follows the needs of the work rather than forcing every project into the same model.
