Founder & Principal Investor

Oscar Trelles is a Peruvian-American entrepreneur, investor, and systemic coach who has built and scaled ventures across tech, media, and research from New York, London, and Düsseldorf. At Ten and Walker he blends venture strategy, marketing architecture, and IP stewardship to build conscious, durable companies.

The Academy is part of the ecosystem Ten and Walker supports. It is being designed to stand on its own with independent governance, while Ten and Walker may license specific IP and provide operational support.

We back businesses where impact and unit economics reinforce each other—healthspan and wellbeing, regenerative living, learning and workforce, and ethical technology.
Do you do angel investing?
Yes. We write early checks as angels when we see strong alignment with our thesis, and we often combine capital with studio support to accelerate validation and go-to-market.
How do founders engage with you?
Typically via an intro call and a short discovery sprint. If aligned, we define a co-building scope and, where relevant, an initial check from the fund.
